1. When will you restock? I always update my website, Instagram, and TikTok about my restock dates. You can find the dates there :)
2. Can you notify me when you restock? You can sign up for notifications on my website. Just click on the product you're interested in, and there will be a button that says "Notify Me When Available". The maximum amount of people that can sign up is 100.
3. What are your ingredients? All ingredients are listed under each product page.
4. How do I use your products? There are directions for the usage of each hair product under each product page. :)
5. Would your hair products be good for my hair type? Under each product, I have listed the hair types that they should be used for.
6. My hair butter melted. Can I still use it? Yes. Since hair butters are natural, they adjust to the temperature. Just put it in the refrigerator and give it a good mix and it'll be back to the way it was! :)
7. How come I haven't received my order number after purchasing? Your order number and tracking number will automatically be emailed to you once your packing slip is printed and your package is ready to be shipped. This usually takes up to 5 days or less.
