What do your products smell like? We have 3 scent varieties: unscented, lavender, and vanilla. Unscented products have no fragrance, and instead have a faint earthy smell due to the natural ingredients.
What is the consistency of the Whipped Hair Butter? It has a very thick, creamy consistency. It melts in your hands as you apply it to your hair.
How long will it take until I see results with the Hair Growth Serum? It depends on your diet, water intake, and daily routine, but best results will occur more quickly if you massage the oil into your scalp as directed. You will usually see results within 2-4 weeks.
Can these products be used for all hair types? Our Herbal-Infused Hair Growth Serum can be used for all hair types!
How long will it take for my package to ship? It will take less than 7 days for processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive updates about your delivery and a tracking number for further information about your order. Please keep in mind that there is only one person shipping out your orders. I really appreciate your patience!
What is the shipping price? FREE shipping in the United States! Worldwide shipping rates depend on USPS shipping policies.
What if my package is lost or stolen? Curly Assembly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your mail carrier confirms that your purchased items were delivered to you, there is nothing that we can do. If your package hasn't delivered to you according to USPS, please contact me and I can definitely assist you further with your issue!
How do I use Curly Assembly Curling Cream? Our cream is recommended to be used on damp hair to provide maximum moisture. The Curling Cream is used to enhance your curl pattern. Our Hair Growth Serum finishes the job by fully sealing in the moisture and providing shine for your beautiful hair, while also promoting hair growth. The Lavender Whipped Hair Butter is used as a hair moisturizer or a hair mask. There are directions for the usage of each hair product under each product page.
The Whipped Hair Butter melted. Did they expire? Since Curly Assembly products are 100% natural, they will adjust to the temperature. This means that it will become harder when it gets cold, and melt when it gets hot. The product did not expire, the consistency just changed due to the environment. Put your Whipped Hair butter into the refrigerator for a few hours, and it will be good as new!
How do I know that these products work? Clients explain how they notice results within 14 days of use. Reviews are always available on our Instagram page and website.
When will you restock? I typically every 2 weeks after being sold out, but I give specific dates on my website, TikTok, and Instagram. You can also contact me to find out!

How come I haven't received my order number after purchasing? Your order number and tracking number will automatically be emailed to you once your packing slip is printed and your package is ready to be shipped.
