Worldwide Shipping

Shipping Services
We provide domestic and worldwide shipping. We use the shipping carrier USPS for all deliveries. Any country that this shipping carrier does not support, we cannot ship to. International shipping speed depends on the distance, country, and UPS' policies, but it should arrive within 20 - 80 days. Estimated shipping varies from destination, but domestic shipping usually takes between 7 - 14 days. ✈️🚛 Please consider custom fees and additional taxes when buying. Some countries charge an additional custom fee when our packages arrive to that country. For more information, please visit this link.


Health Safety 
All of our products contain nut and plant essences. We use ingredients such as Jojoba Oil and Mango Seed Butter. If you have any plant-related allergy, please do not use products from Curly Assembly. If you have any reaction whatsoever from our product, please discontinue use and see a doctor immediately. Always do a 24-hour skin patch test before use. Do no ingest. Do not put in contact with eyes. 


 Once the order is shipped, we are not able to change it's destination. Since we are not able to change the destination, we are not able to cancel the order once it's been shipped. ⚠️ Triple check to see if you have the correct delivery information, please. :) Once again, we cannot cancel orders after they are shipped. 


Charge Backs
Once the order has been delivered or en route to your destination, you can no longer: request to change the address, request a refund, or file a charge back. A refund is only applicable if the product is damaged. 


Packaging and Shipment

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages en route to your destination. We are also not responsible for wrong addresses provided by the customers. We use USPS shipping methods and once the package is shipped from their post office it is in the hands of the shipping carriers, not the responsibility of Curly Assembly. 


Lost/Missing Shipments
If a lost/stolen package occurs, you may contact the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim. We are not able to send a replacement product once the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the customer's address. However, if your domestic delivery has not been confirmed within 10 days of purchase, contact us and we will file a missing package claim and send a replacement for you. If your international shipping has not been confirmed within 80 days of your purchase, contact us and we will file a missing a package claim for you. 


Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns due to hygienic reasons. If there is any issue with your order, we would need proof of the error to handle the issue. If there isn't proof, we cannot proceed with the issue. 


Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the accurate shipping address. We are not able to update the address once the order is placed. Curly Assembly will not be able to send replacements regarding incorrect shipping addresses or additional charges regarding custom fees/additional taxes/etc.
You must be 18 years old or older to purchase from this store. If you are under this age, you need a parent's permission before purchasing.
